The Impact of Blockchain Technology on the Efficiency of Financial Institutions

Abstract

The objective of this study is to explore the influence of Blockchain Technology on the operational effectiveness of financial institutions. Existing literature extensively covers various factors in the supply chain that contribute to this subject. Additionally, this study defines the significance of each factor in relation to its specific research goals. To gather information, a quantitative research approach was utilized, employing a questionnaire design. The questionnaire was divided into six sections and distributed among a total of 150 respondents. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS software, employing descriptive analysis through tables, while regression methods were employed for hypothesis testing during inferential analysis. These carefully selected methods aimed to gain a comprehensive understanding of the topic and align with its nature. The primary findings of this research examine the influence of Blockchain technology on the efficiency of the financial institution sector in Pakistan. The results of this study can provide valuable insights for the financial institution sector, identifying specific factors and areas within Blockchain that should be prioritized to achieve optimal financial efficiency.
