Abstract:
Purpose:
The given research study is based on the topic to “To investigate the impact of workplace
environment on employee performance with mediating role of employee health.
Methodology & Design:
The researcher has used a deductive research approach and a quantitative research design to
accomplish research objectives using a 5-point Likert scale with a sample of 400. . Primary
data collection techniques were employed by the researcher to gather data. Whereas regression,
mediation and correlation techniques were employed using the SPSS application.
Findings:
The outcome of the given research has shown that workplace environment has a significant
positive impact on the employee performance. While on the other hand, the employee health
mediate the link between workplace environment and employee performance.
Limitations:
Due to time and resource constraints, this study was only undertaken in Karachi Only.
Since there was a sample size executed.
Recommendations:
In order to keep the staffmotivated, it's a good idea to have regular meetings where they may
voice their concerns to the management. Counseling for managers on how to interact with
employees is also necessary. The company's ability to inspire and keep its workers depends in
large part on its ability to provide them with a healthy work-life balance and performance
