dc.description.abstract This study has considered internal integration, supplier integration, customer integration and information & communication, Process Integration and Internal Integration as the independent variables (IV). Whereas, operational performance has been considered as the dependent variable (DV) along with the mediating role of Strategic decision (M). However, this study has targeted the employees of real estate firms of Pakistan to testify the relationship between variables mentioned above. To prove this relationship, a survey has been conducted through an adopted structured questionnaire regarding this literature, in which employees working in different cities of Pakistan, have been requested to share their experiences by filling the online questionnaires through google forms from 384 respondent’s majority of them belongs to age group 26-40. Some of the statistical instruments used in this study includes descriptive frequencies, reliability, correlation, regression and mediation analysis using SPSS etc. Results derived through statistical instruments have shown that there exists a significant positive relationship between internal integration, supplier integration, customer integration and information & communication and Internal Integration (IV) and operational (DV) at leading real estate firms of Pakistan. While there is no relationship exist between process information and operational performance. It is found that Strategic decision partially mediates the relationship between internal integration, supplier integration, customer integration and information & communication and Internal and operational while fully mediates the relationship between process information and operational performance. It can be claimed that this research work is relevant to the future researchers and relevant to the real estate industry and for the firms that are already working in the market or planning to move in near future to the real estate market. en_US
