Abstract:
The use and efficacy of DHL's Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices in Pakistan are investigated in this study paper. The study uses a qualitative research methodology to explore DHL's environmental sustainability activities, the challenges that they encountered, and the outcomes that they attained in the context of Pakistan's logistics and transportation sector. The report adds to the body of knowledge already available on GSCM in countries that are developing and offers insights into the adoption of sustainable practices in the Pakistani supply chain industry.
