This report focuses on optimizing inventory management and supply chain efficiency for Hi-tech Lubricant in the context of rapid business growth and operational challenges. The project aims to improve operational performance, reduce inventory holding costs, and increase profitability by implementing efficient inventory management strategies and best practices. The report begins by outlining the project goals, purpose, and scope, followed by a SMART goal that emphasizes the specific objectives and timeline for achieving them. Anticipated benefits of the project include increased customer satisfaction, improved production planning, reduced lead time unpredictability, and lower carrying costs. Key success factors, such as top management support, collaboration between departments, data availability, and continuous improvement, are identified to ensure successful implementation.
