Abstract:
An anti-theft system for a motorway is a security system that helps prevent unauthorized vehicles from entering the motorway. The system utilizes a network of cameras and image processing algorithms to automatically detect vehicles as they enter and exit the motorway. By comparing the detected number plate to a database of registered vehicles, the system can determine whether a given vehicle is stolen and generate an alert if necessary. The system also includes a user interface that allows individuals to report stolen vehicles, which can be used to update the database in, real-time. Overall, our proposed anti-theft system has the potential to significantly reduce the problem of car theft on motorways and provide additional protection for drivers and their vehicles. The technology can evaluate whether a particular vehicle is stolen and send out an alarm if necessary by comparing the observed number plate to a database of registered vehicles. The system is designed to detect and deter potential thieves while allowing authorized vehicles to pass through without delay. The anti-theft system that can significantly enhance the security measures on motorways is to develop a reliable and efficient system that can detect and prevent theft of vehicles.
