Abstract

There are usually a number of problems with the ways people find hostels today in Pakistan. One of the biggest problems is that there isn’t much information about how many hostels are available, how much they cost, and what their status is. So, students and people looking for paying guests often have to rely on word of mouth or make several phone calls to find suitable accommodations. Also, the current systems use outdated search tools and information, which makes it hard for users to find hostels that meet their specific needs. Most of the current systems are also not compatible with smartphones. This can make the search process difficult and take a long time, which can ruin the overall experience for students and people looking for paying guests.Our System finally aims to solve these problems by providing an easy-to-use interface and advanced search tools. The proposed system shows the wide range of hostels close to educational institutions using the user’s current location with the help of google maps and gives detailed information about availability, cost, and status which makes it easier for users to find suitable accommodations and its secure payment gateway makes it easy and safe for users to book accommodations directly from the system web application. The system’s advanced features make it a better alternative to the current system’s outdated search tools and unreliable data.
