dc.description.abstract | Communication is the way of conveying information through exchange of ideas, messages, scenes, signals, writing or behavior. Process of meaningful communication between humans. It can be verbal or non-verbal. But there are some people who are unable to communicate in verbal languages, known as hearing impaired community. According to the research report of WHO, about 6% people worldwide are suffering from this problem. Such people adopt non-verbal communication to interact with other people, but it is very difficult for them to convey their message properly. The term AR could be a straightforward mix of the real and the artificial reality world. AR may be a framework that meets three essential highlights: a combination of genuine and artificial universes, immediate communication and precise 3D recording of genuine and artificial things. The 3D hand module will respond to the sign dialect on client's portable utilizing its camera to interpret voice of the talking individual. Microsoft cognitive discourse administration offers assistance with what a person is saying without emphasis on talking fashion. This information is then changed over into content and after that into sign dialect. This project is intended to provide the application platform and interpreter for the hearing-impaired community to make their communication effective and help them to understand the message conveyed by the person. The application translates the verbal communication into text and then into American sign language (ASL), hence normal person could communicate with hearing-impaired without learning the SL. The hearing impaired is able to read the text and see sign language with the help of two hand modules on his/her smartphone’s screen and understand the message of person more effectively. This encourages the communication process among and diminishes the communication gap for hearing impaired community. | en_US |
