| dc.description.abstract | Purpose: Investigating how workplace spirituality affects job satisfaction among healthcare professionals in Karachi, Pakistan is main target ofthis research. Methodology & Design: This learning employed a numerical method and secondary collected information is being used to bring together the data. Deductive research methodology has been applied and questionnaire surveys are used to gather the information from respondents. 247 healthcare professionals from all levels, including directors, doctors, managers to nursing and the one who is working in non-clinical and administration side made up the . The research instrument which is questionnaire comprised of questions The study focus emphasis is that the study’s sample using Likert scale with a range of 1 to 5. information we have gathered from the healthcare professionals are being investigated Frequency analysis, regression and correlation techniques are using SPSS software, employed using SPSS software to analyze the data. Findings: that the meaningful work has the significant which is also variables ofthe workplace of community has ith the former studies The outcomes ofthe given research have shown impact on job satisfaction among healthcare professionals of Karachi Pakistan consistent with past studies. While on the other hand the other two spirituality that is alignment with organizational values and sense 5 which is not unswerving w insignificant influence on thejob gratification presented. Limitations: Despite the systematic and formal way in which this research was conducted, there are still some considerable limitations. Since many ofthe healthcare professionals/workers are unsure of workplace spiritualty they frequently give false answers to the question asked. Because of limited time, the target audience of this research is healthcare professionals of Karachi Pakistan. As a result, this study results may vary in various cities and nations. Additionally, the researcher’s consideration of the variables is limited. Due to researcher hectic schedules, time was the biggest barrier that the participants' behavior had to overcome. In the event ifthe professional had more time, the assessment would have been more in-depth Recommendations: Some ofrecommendations are made in the light ofthe results ofthe research presented are that the organizations must fit in the spirituality into every facade of work to improve the edifices kplace which can provide employees with a diversity of ofjob satisfaction in their current probabilities to determine a place where they can find meaning, represent each person’s unique standpoint on how to improve the organization.
