dc.description.abstract Purpose The objective ofthis study is to analyze the impact of Strategic Human Resource Management Practices (SHRM Practices) and Women Empowerment (WE) on Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and its impact on Organizational Effectiveness (OE). Methodology & Design This is a quantitative research study. Data was collected from a sample of 312 participants. A structured questionnaire was developed for data collection over a span oftwo months through online generated google forms. The proposed hypotheses and relationship between the variables were checked through SMART PLS. Findings The findings reveal that there is a significant positive relationship between POS and OE and both SHRM Practices and WE have a positive impact of POS. When the organization values its employees, it creates a sense of belonging in them. They in return invest hard efforts in the workplaces which leads to organizational effectiveness. Limitations This study was conducted in a year, which is short amount oftime and the study sample was only 312 participants which is not representative ofthe entire population. Recommendations The organizations should value their employees, to retain them through SHRM practices. This will lead to organizational effectiveness. The sample size should be increased to include more participants in this study. en_US
