Challenges of Clinical Management: A Qualitative Study of Government Healthcare Services in Rawalpindi, Punjab

Abstract

This research focuses on finding out the main challenges and hurdles faced by the healthcare workers in delivering healthcare services in government hospitals. This research aims to gather relevant information and data from the respondents to get to know the different types of challenges they have to go through and suggest suitable solutions based on the researcher’s findings to bring about a positive change in the society. This research also used various useful qualitative research methodologies like the use of key informants, rapport building, non-participant observation and so A purposive sampling technique was used to get the data from the target population. The major problems were identified in this research so that the government can focus on acting on solving all these problems.
