In this busy life where everyone doing their work whether in office, school and home; no one has time to make, lookup and to remember their appointments. It is a very common issue that people forget their appointments easily and to make appointments by going to the place. So, we are introducing an application that can help people in tracking and making their appointments online by just the access of Internet. For that they just need to register and log onto the system. The system would also be able to maintain their medical record and attendance of the patient, so they do not have to carry their records every time to a doctor. The doctor will be able to assess the patient thoroughly with the records pre-available. Similarly, the patients can search for the blood donors whenever they need. The feedback feature allows enhancement in the system by user interactions. This system is introduced for the betterment and easiness of the society, so they do not have to worry about these. Hope it can make change in the society.
