Academic Project Management System

Abstract

During the academic project students submit many important documents for different activities. The coordinator manages these activities and communicates with students through email which is very inefficient. And there is no way to save the work done by the student on the project and assess it. The academic management system is a web application that will allow coordinators to manage these project activities. We are providing a system where students, coordinators and supervisors can contribute. Whenever coordinator creates an activity for submission of documents students will be notified. Students can then submit document to supervisor for approval within deadline. If supervisor approves document, then it will be shown to the coordinator for further processing. Remote repositories will be provided to the students for a project by the coordinator which they can access and save their project-related work.
