dc.description.abstract In the personality prediction system, to make the recruiting system more effectual and structured, set of techniques has been presented. On the basis of personality test and aptitude tests, the system ranks the applied candidates. The System is a web-based project. This system allows users to apply online for a particular job. The user uploads his/her CV then system ranks the candidates based on the experience and other key skills which are required for job profile. This system focuses not only on qualification and experience but also focuses on other important aspects that are required for job position. The user gives an online test which conducted on personality questions as well as aptitude questions. After completing the online test, candidate can view their own test results in graphical representation with marks. The system allows the HR Department to perform all recruiting functions at one platform since previous websites don’t provide such benefits together. en_US
