dc.description.abstract The current system for managing assessments in schools involves manual generation of the assessments as well as delayed manual entry of the student's marks in each assessment by the teachers and the administration of the schools. This not only adds unnecessary workload but is also not time-efficient. After the marks have been entered into the system, the performance of each class is evaluated solely on the basis of the best, average and worst performing students in each class. This does not give an accurate representation of the overall understanding of each subject, chapter, topic or SLO and so, any steps taken by the school and the management to improve their teaching methodology are taken on the basis of an imprecise depiction of the class’s overall comprehension. The 360° Learning system is an application designed to act as a stand-alone monitoring system that evaluates all aspects of learning within educational institutes. It aims to ease the process of creating, evaluating, and analyzing the work of schools and students. It will not only make the assessment generation process easier and less time-consuming but also help provide a clear image of the level of understanding of each class with respect to the subject and topic of the assessments. This gap analysis will identify areas where targeted support may be provided to improve learning outcomes for students. This system will help manage and keep track of all the schools within a certain school chain or organization's supervision by providing information regarding the level of understanding of each student within those schools. This includes assessing students understanding of relevant topics and identifying their progress with respect to the attainment of learning outcomes. The system helps identify gaps in student learning and at some degree, gaps in teaching as well. en_US
