Abstract

Our e-commerce app was developed in response to the growing demand for online shopping solutions during the COVID-19 pandemic. As lockdowns and social distancing measures were implemented, many people turned to online shopping as a safer and more convenient alternative to traditional in-store shopping. Our team recognized the need for a specialized app that catered to the grocery shopping needs of consumers, while also providing a platform for local grocery stores to market their products and services. After conducting market research and surveying potential users, we developed an app that meets the needs of both buyers and sellers. In the surveying, we also conclude that the local shopkeepers are really affected by the big chains so we wanted to make them a strong community against the big chain .so our team worked on the app that allows buyers to create a shopping list of their required grocery items and send it directly to the seller, who can then send a bid containing the price of the items. This system allows buyers to compare prices and choose the best option for them. For sellers, the app provides an easy-to-use platform for listing and selling their products to a wider audience. This can help increase their revenue and improve their business prospects. For the buyer there is the delivery option, the order is sent to a rider who is responsible for delivering the items to the buyer's location. However, if the buyer chooses to pick up the items, the seller prepares the order and waits for the buyer to come and collect it. Overall, our e-commerce app offers a convenient and efficient solution for grocery shopping in today's digital age. By bridging the gap between buyers and sellers, our app has the potential to revolutionize the way people buy and sell.
