| dc.description.abstract | Voice over IP is rapidly growing technology even faster than internet. Most of the companies have spent a lot of money to install and maintain their PBX (Private Branch Exchange). Packetize voice allows for very high cost saving as compare to the traditional circuit switch technology. VoIP has become a potential other to the existing PSTN technology due to its reduced costs. Even though of its reduced cost, it has most important challenges, which are affecting its adoption. This study investigates the major causes for the slower adoption of VoIP and also proposes the suggestions for improving those causes. | en_US |
