dc.description.abstract The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) provides a two way connection between people and computer databases to connect to the telephone network to the database. The phone user can access information from anywhere simply by calling more and after a specified number of on-line guide when a connection has been established. IVR uses pre-recorded or computer-generated voice responses to provide information in response to input from a telephone caller. Can make a contribution via the touch-tone or dual tone multi-frequency (DTMF) signal that is generated when the caller presses a key set of his phone and the sequence of messages is determined dynamically according to internal structure of the menu (operated under the IVR) and user input. The IVR system will be designed to provide an ideal platform for operation start-ups and existing small concerns. It will be a very economical and efficient way to replace the Dialogic card is very expensive and requires a lot of regular maintenance and up-gradation. The IVR system will be designed to be composed of simple elements such as microcontrollers and some basic applications of computer chips interfaced to a small software throughout the engine and other jobs done on the front end. en_US
