FYP (Final Year Project) Management System

Abstract

Bahria University manage their FYP (Final Year Project) processes manually which is time consuming. Due to covid-19, the university was closed, therefore, the students were faced a lot of difficulties to choice their idea and their supervisor. There is no existing system in which student can choose their idea, upload their documents and appointment with their supervisors. The aim of this project is to automate the hustle that students, supervisors and coordinator use to do during FYP (Final Year Project) process. This web-based application provide better time scheduling, sharing documents, facility to search for idea’s already applied which will be more responsive and efficient. The main goal of this project FYP (Final Year Project) management system is to save time in finding an ideas, finding a supervisor, and set meetings with students. Our proposed system facilitate our FYP (Final Year Project) process easy and paper-free for all actors (students, Supervisors, and Coordinator).
