Abstract:
E -Patient is a system which is designed for Patients. At present, patients have to maintain all of his/her medical history in form of paper different doctors whom he/she visited before. These documents can be lost or damaged due to many reasons. In our system we will create a database where all earlier and current information including prescriptions, medical test reports as well as the information of all doctors whom the patients have visited before will be stored. System will generate a Registration Number for each patient. A Registration Card will be printed with a bar code. To design a system where both doctor and patient can view medical history from the database. In the proposed system, it also possible for the patient to checkup from remote area virtually. In the proposed system data analysis of medicine can be possible.
