dc.description.abstract | E-learning via augmented reality is basically a mobile application that is used in kids' education. E-learning is a way to change people's perception about learning. It works in such a way that we place our camera at patterned book that app recognizes, and it will generate a 3D model. The generated model appears like its already there. According to Tan Sie Lan the augmented reality technology in schools is more like an edutainment, teaching kids in a fun way that also increases their interest towards technology [1]. Our elearning application contains Haroof-e-tahaji, Fruits and Vegetables, Animals [4] and Solar System (Nizam e Shamsi) [3] . Urdu language-based e-learning applications are not commonly developed or used. If Urdu language base teaching tool are developed in the market they would provide better learning platforms for students in Pakistan. Our project idea is Based on designing a Teaching tool for Teachers or Parents which would use augmented reality technology and book containing trackable patterns. The main focus is to develop interest of students while using Our National language Urdu as the teaching medium. Technology plays a vital role for education of kids in this era. In Pakistan the system of education is not up to the mark. By using latest technology like Augmented Reality, we can aware our kids about newly educational trends and develop their interest in education. Only teachers and parents have to point camera to the specified pattern to view a 3D image. Thus E-learning via augmented reality is more innovative and an enjoyable way of learning with visual augmented content but also improving the concentration of students and learning efficiency | en_US |
