Abstract:
We found an issue in the makeup industry, customers face issue when they buy the makeup products, whether online or onsite .. When the customers buy the makeup online, they face difficulty in choosing the correct makeup product shade, and mostly they end up ordering the wrong shade. On the other hand, when the customer goes to the market to buy the makeup, they have to go through many steps to test a specific product physically on their face, they have to remove and apply repeatedly for testing different products, mostly the testers they are using are used previously and sometimes these testers are expired or not available. If we talk about the market's end, the makeup industry spends a lot of money in makeup testers for their customers. Considering the above issues, with the help of tecluwiogy we found a solution which will be beneficial for both the user as \Nell as the market. Our project ·'Virtual Makeup Tester" with the help of augmented reality will cater all the issues of the makeup industry it will help the customer to try any makeup product. An application which can give a vittual view of the makeup product to the customer by a click can help them choose the correct product online and try the product vi1tually when buying the makeup onsite. In short, our AR based vittual makeup tester will make buying of the product efficient and easy by excluding the guess work, applying, and reapplying of makeup testers and wastage oftesters, money, and time. This solution will ultimately increase customer satisfaction.
