Abstract:
Our present era is going through a major technological shift. Everything from minor to major is shifting towards technology to ensure ease of use through software applications and automation systems. In the current age of fast-growing technology, system followed in our medical domain (i.e. medical labs) follow the old and tiresome methods for preparing diagnostic reports and associated medical lab facilities. The goal of this project is to facilitate lab technicians by automating lab report management and patient record tracking systems, saving time and effort, compared to now as the current system requires manual entries of the reports and patient records. i
