So, Intelligent CV sorter will help the HR department in recruitment process without following the same time consuming hectic routine. The department will post the jobs on website, candidates will apply for the respective jobs by uploading their CVs, at the back our system will compare the keywords with the requirements and rank the CV s, an aptitude test type questionnaire will be answered by candidates as well and then on basis of both, most suitable CVs will be shown to the department.
