Abstract:
In this modern era where everyone wants to do everything efficiently without wasting their time and advancement of technology in every field is saving time. So, Intelligent CV sorter will help the HR department in recruitment process without following the same time consuming hectic routine. The department will post the jobs on website, candidates will apply for the respective jobs by uploading their CVs, at the back our system will compare the keywords with the requirements and rank the CV s, an aptitude test type questionnaire will be answered by candidates as well and then on basis of both, most suitable CVs will be shown to the department. This will save time as well as whole process of recruitment will become efficient and effective,
