Invigilation Duty Management System

Abstract

This project aims to automate processes related to the examination board at Bahria University Islamabad, specifically invigilator attendance and exam paper collection. The current processes are manual, leading to inefficiencies, and the project aims to modernize them using technology. From the exam office perspective, the system will manage faculty profiles, have rights for exam room allocation, access to attendance records, handle replacement of absent faculty members, and access to paper collection records. From the faculty perspective, they will be able to register and login to their account, mark attendance and view attendance history and paper collection.
