Services Assist : E-Utility Services Assist (EUSA)

Abstract

Services Assist app can provide customers with convenience to find a worker for their specific task at the tip of their fingers especially for people who have relocated to a new area, customers can search for a number of services; Electrician, Plumber, AC Repair, Mechanics, Carpenters. Our fast-paced and digital lifestyles have led customers to no longer want to deal with physical paper statements or engage in phone calls. Services Assist provides real-time access to utility service information that helps meet the demands of customers. Location of these service providers will be available through map, customers will be able to contact, book and visit (location) the service providers at the tap of a button. Users will be able to login as either a customer or a service provider and consequently have their own menu to use the application. We did some research on the existing applications and found some applications related to this particular topic, but the issue with these applications is that they are not providing real time map based features. If one application has some features the other will be having different features. Therefore, we in our project try to engage all the non-existing work so that a fully-functional, interactive app may exist.
