dc.description.abstract In this project, a traffic generator for IoT protocols like XMPP, COAP, MQTT, and AMQP has been developed. Realistic traffic patterns can be generated using the application using different traffic loads, message sizes, and process counts. We assessed the traffic generator’s performance using a variety of metrics and discovered that it faithfully mimics traffic for the major IoT protocols and offers insightful information on how they perform in various network environments. This project offers a helpful tool for testing and evaluating the performance of IoT protocols for academics and developers en_US
