dc.description.abstract This is an industrial application that has three users; General Public, Drug Inspectors and the DRAP personals. The proposed system aims to address the existing limitations and drawbacks faced by the current systems related to the medical industry in Pakistan. Different types of systems that are currently in use, including online medical stores, systems for reporting complaints about medical stores or pharmacies, and applications that provide information about drugs do not provide a comprehensive solution for addressing the shortages or unavailability of drugs in the country, which is a major issue faced by the public. To overcome these limitations, the proposed system provides a platform for the general public to easily file complaints about the shortage or unavailability of drugs in their area. The system will also provide a systematic and authentic format for filing these complaints, which will be forwarded to the concerned authorities. Moreover, the proposed system will connect the drug inspectors directly with the concerned government authority, DRAP, which will help to streamline the process of reporting and addressing drug shortages. One of the key features of the proposed system is that it will enable DRAP to stay informed about any shortages or unavailability of drugs in any area of the country. This will enable the authorities to restock the drugs efficiently and quickly, which will benefit the public. The proposed system will also feature a web-based admin panel that is directly connected to the mobile applications of drug inspectors, patients, and pharmacies. This will help to keep track of any complaints registered throughout Pakistan in real-time. In terms of requirement specifications, the proposed system will have both functional and non-functional requirements. Some of the functional requirements of the proposed system include providing patients, pharmacies, and hospitals with information about the availability of drugs in their area, allowing drug inspectors to report shortages or unavailability of drugs, and enabling the public to file complaints about drug shortages. Another requirement is the monitoring of the drug stock in real-time, and a web-based admin panel to monitor the complaints.. en_US
