Match Win Prediction of PSL

Abstract

The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is a professional Twenty20 cricket league in Pakistan. It was founded in 2015 and is managed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). The league consists of six franchise teams representing different cities in Pakistan. Each team comprises both local and foreign players, with players from various cricket-playing nations participating in the league. The PSL is one of the top T20 leagues in the world and has attracted a large following of cricket fans around the globe. PSL is known for its high-quality cricket and star-studded teams. PSL is demanding because the league also has a large following of cricket fans not just in Pakistan, but also around the world, who are passionate about their teams and the players they support. In addition, the league has a significant impact on the local economy, generating revenue through ticket sales, sponsorships, and media rights. All of these factors make PSL a highly competitive and lucrative tournament, which drives up the demand for the league. The main goal of this project is to provide cricket fans with an enhanced PSL experience by providing them with a platform to predict the match outcome and access detailed analysis of teams and players. This app is designed to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The app is developed using Java programming language in Android Studio. Firebase authentication have been used to create and manage user accounts, and Firebase database to store user data and PSL match information. The features of this mobile application include user account management, match schedule, team and player analysis, and match prediction using Machine Learning Algorithm. The user-friendly interface, combined with accurate match prediction, offers users a unique experience and helps them make informed decisions. Users can take advantage of this mobile application to get access to match schedules, team and player analysis, and match predictions, all in one place. Additionally, users can manage their accounts, making it easier for them to follow their favorite teams and players.
