Abstract:
All major industries all around the globe are shifting to the digital service. And making their existence in the digital realm. Tailoring industry, however, is not highly active in this regard. Although there is no doubt about the relative availability of readymade clothing items of everyone’s need available readily in the market (online and offline), but there is high shortage of customized solutions for people. In order to solve this problem, the proposed solution is for digitization of customized clothing service. This service has a potential for initializing the digitization of the custom clothing industry. Which is intended to increase the pace of the production along with enhancing the supply of customized clothing items in the market. The idea proposed in this regard is Digital Tailor – A Web Application for Tailoring Community. It is a very interactive and helpful application for Pakistani population looking for customized clothing items. Clients can effectively get the desired clothing by the desired tailor on the negotiated rate both discuss to settle. Simple signing up enables clients and tailors to access the service. Tailors would get the ability to make gigs for themselves, offering the desired service to people. Service will also include taking measurements, which are required to provide the service. People choosing the service they want to use.
