Abstract:
Supply chain management is a comprehensive and extravagant structure or scheme used by
companies of all dimensions across all sectors to handle and manage a host of processes involved
between developing and delivering the final product to the consumer. The basic aim of this study
is to investigate the Relationship between Customer Satisfaction and Quality of Supply Chain
Management. Supply chain management is seen as an approach to improve competitive
performance by integrating the internal functions of an organization and linking these with the
external operations of suppliers, customers and other members of the supply chain. The client
anticipates extraordinary assistance. They’re giving you cash to impeccably fulfill their
necessities to get an item on schedule and in one piece. Tool of this research is quantitative.
Researcher collected data from public about Hamdard Company. Researcher collected data by
circulating the questionnaire. Researcher used the simple random sampling which is the type of
probability sampling methods. Researcher collected data from almost 326 respondents. Then
researcher applies the simple regression test on the collected data and find out the results which
are elaborated in detail in results chapter. And after analyzing the collected data, it is proved that
supply chain management has significant relationship with customer satisfaction. Supply chain
management has vital role to satisfy customer.
