dc.description.abstract Purpose This research strives to study the predictors of innovation performance and in-role performance existing in the hospitality industry of Karachi, Pakistan. Methodology & Design A Quantitative approach was used for the collection of data. A sample of 216 responses was analyzed by making use of PLS-SEM through SmartPLS version 3.2.9. Findings The research findings unveil that rationalized hiding, evasion hiding, and playing dumb are effected positively by inteipersonal conflicts respectively. In-role performance and innovation performance is negatively impacted by rationalized hiding and evasive hiding. Playing dumb negatively effects in-role performance, however, it positively effects on innovation performance. The results exhibited that rationalized hiding is significantly influenced by interpersonal conflicts. Limitations The conclusions ofthe research findings should not be considered generalized because it was conducted in a particular city, Karachi, Pakistan. Recommendations Managers should be encouraged to instrument a motivating system that may assist them to rationalized hiding. Organizational lower interpersonal conflicts that would ultimately reduce system should reward the team overall for success instead of merely rewarding an individual member ofthe group. en_US
