Abstract:
PURPOSE This study examines the project success as a determinant variable in organizational sector of
Pakistan in context of participative leadership. It also examines the mediating role of coworker
knowledge sharing.
Methodology For data collection purpose altogether 350 questionnaire were distributed however, these
questionnaire were having the almost suitable and comprehensive information required for carrying out
the analysis ofthis study. The data was analyzed on Smart PLS.
FINDINGS The result ofthis study indicates that increase in participative leadership would increase the
project success where coworker knowledge sharing act as mediating variable
LIMITATION the current study is based on one mediator or also the data was conducted only in
organizational level in Karachi.
RECOMMENDATION This research is significant about impact of participative leadership on project
success with coworker knowledge sharing as mediating variable leader is the one who has charismatic
personality and his lifestyle is versatile in sharing the future dynamics for organizational goals in order
to deal with challenges because an effective PL is necessary for rational decision making
