dc.description.abstract Purpose: The focus of this research was to determine how e-procurement, e-ordering, and supply chain integration affect the overall performance ofsupply chains. Design/methodology/approach: A quantitative method using the primary data collection technique was used. The data was collected from 350 participants using a questionnaire. Findings: The analysis results showed the positive impact of e-procurement, e-ordering, and supply chain integration on supply chain performance. Conclusion: According to the findings ofthe study, the procedures through which electronic procurement helps to supply chain performance may be represented by e-ordering, electronic procurement, and supply chain integration. Moreover, the integration of supply chains has the biggest potential impact on SC performance. Limitations: The research was dependent exclusively on the quantitative method. Moreover, different factors could be investigated and integrated into the framework. Recommendations: To mold supply chain management and provide additional advantages for their assistance, specialists should think about how to establish trust and duty in a supportive and helpful method en_US
