MOBILE-BASED PATHOLOGY AND RADIOLOGY SERVICES FOR RURAL AREAS OF PAKISTAN

Abstract

The objective of this project is to develop an android application to provide an easy solution for users to submit digital pathology images to pathology experts for consultation. Smartphones have great potential to support telepathology because they portable, provide ubiquitous internet connectivity, contain excellent digital are cameras, and can be easily attached to a microscope.
