dc.description.abstract The purpose of this project is to develop a comprehensive strategy that will enable the brand to successfully enter and establish a presence in the market. The project will involve conducting market research to understand the target market using demographic analysis, identifying and analyzing the key external factors that may impact the brand's operations in the market such as SWOT Analysis and PESTLE Analysis. The project will also include design and implementation of website, testing, deployment and future enhancements. The abstract of this project will provide a brief overview of the key objectives, strategies, and deliverables of the project, as well as the expected outcomes and benefits for the online contact lens brand. The success of this project will be measured by the brand's ability to establish a presence in the international market, increase market share, and achieve financial goals such as revenue and profitability. Additionally, the brand's ability to successfully mitigate any potential risks or challenges that may arise as they expand to the international market will also be taken into consideration en_US
