With the ongoing evolution in biotechnology and artificial intelligence the potential threats of bioterrorism are resurfacing on the global arena. Consequently, historical records on biological warfare and terrorism has been reviewed to ensure that these threats needs to be addressed nationally as well as globally. The basic notion is to unveil and create a linkage between terrorism and biological agents in East African states where the possibility of a bioterrorist attack cannot be neglected. This study has employed different analysis to discuss and predict the possibility of bioterrorism in East African States.
