dc.description.abstract The food industry in Pakistan plays a significant role in the country's economy, and in recent years there has been a noticeable increase in the number of local fast food and traditional restaurants in the Rawalpindi and Islamabad regions. Our final project focuses on addressing the challenges faced by Café Food Dudes — a local restaurant of Islamabad — which ultimately had to shut down. The project aims to conduct a gap analysis and market research on the once failed business, Food Dudes. The initial market research conducted by the team at Food Dudes was not thorough enough to fully understand the competition and potential risks. The business model of Food Dudes was not sustainable in the long term, and the management structure, financing, marketing and branding efforts, and adaptation to change were also lacking. This project entails all the strategies for bringing the cafe back in the market by conducting comprehensive market research, developing a sustainable business model, establishing a clear management structure, allocating funds and establishing a budget, developing a consistent and effective marketing and branding strategy, and having a contingency plan in place to adapt to changes in the market and industry to avoid similar obstacles in the future. We also aim to improve Café Food Dudes’ operation management systems to prevent problems from arising in the future. We are confident that our efforts will lead to a positive outcome for Café Food Dudes after its relaunch. en_US
