dc.description.abstract | Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited is one of the leading fertilizer companies in Pakistan. However, it is facing some issues regarding its human resource which it should solve as soon as possible to get the maximum potential out of its employees. There are two major issues identified in this report which FFBL is facing including lack of proper training and development evaluation mechanism and career and succession management issue. These major issues are creating several problems for FFBL including waste of money which is being spent on expensive trainings. So, this project has focused on identifying the causes behind these issues by using modern Organizational Development (OD) tools including Porter Five Forces, Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award and PCMM Audit and proposing the best possible solution of these problems to FFBL. Qualitative data was collected through interviews by questions designed based on these tools. After the data analysis and identification of the causes behind the issues of FFBL three interventions are suggested to FFBL. Training & Development Policy, Training & Development Evaluation Mechanism and Career and Succession Management Plan is suggested as the possible intervention for FFBL’s growing issues regarding its Human and Financial assets. | en_US |
