dc.description.abstract | The goal of this project is to develop a stress-management strategy for Meezan Bank personnel. Together with the HR management and staff of Meezan Bank, the project was created. To understand how the business is functioning in the present situation and how it would perform in future situations, a thorough analysis of the stressful activities was conducted. Data has been used in a descriptive manner to make recommendations regarding various stress-reduction techniques for Meezan Bank workers. The company should make plans to start working on the suggested plan by 2023. Based on our research, we recommended a stress management strategy and plan that might assist Meezan Bank in resolving its key problem in high-stress scenarios and assist its staff in managing their stress, improving performance and work productivity. | en_US |
