Abstract:
The present research project is about one of the leading bank in Pakistan titled as united bank limited. The project highlights the main organizational structure, offerings of bank and investigates the existing problems faced by human resource management of Bank. The two main variables stress and work life balance are independent variables and identifies as serious issue that is being faced by the employees of UBL bank. Due to these issues the employees are unable to perform in efficient way. The data analysis had done and researcher gathered the data from both interview and questionnaire technique. From data analysis the issues of stress at work and employee’s inability to balance the work and life has been highlighted. The present research study also contains the solution of the highlighted problem. The detailed training intervention manual is also part of the current project report. Learning objects of training and of practical based contextualized learning approach has also discussed in project report. The training on negotiation skills of employees helps them to reduce the stress they faced at work place and also helps them to maintain work life balance. The negotiation skills training manual also provide the guidance to the future researchers and other financial institution in Pakistan to deal with stress and steps to maintain work-life balance
