dc.description.abstract This study has focused mainly on identifying and reviewing the impact of factors on turnover of employees in the sales department of real estate sector of Pakistan. This study has considered job satisfaction, work life balance and organizational commitment. Employee turnover not only affects the performance of the organization but also that of existing employees. It also damages the relationship between the employees and their clients. The major emphasis in this study has been on exploring the relationship between job satisfaction, work life balance, organizational commitment and employee turnover in the real estate sector of Pakistan. To demonstrate this relationship, a survey has been conducted through a structured questionnaire regarding this literature, in which employees working at Zameen.com Islamabad have been requested to share their experiences by filling the questionnaires. Statistical tools have then been applied to the data collected from the respondents to determine the outcomes. Results show that there exists a significant relationship between the independent variables work life balance and organizational commitment and dependent variable employee turnover, in the real estate sector of Pakistan. The goal of the model is to demonstrate how highly desired Work-life Balance is by individuals. How crucial organizational commitment and job satisfaction is for an individual to have a good organizational life. The questionnaire results from a sample of 93 real estate sale employees in Zameen.com, Islamabad en_US
