dc.description.abstract Purpose: The main of the study was to understand and analyze the comparison of working from home and working from the office. Moreover, to indulge in the impact of working from home and working from office on work productivity. It also goes on to study the mediating effect of work stress on the two relations: work from home and work productivity. work from office and work productivity. Design / Methodology: The study used survey questionnaires together primary data. The data was analyzed through statistical tools through regression analysis to test the developed hypothesis. Findings: Work from home has a negative impact on work productivity and work stress mediates the relationship. Work from office has a positive impact on work productivity and work stress mediated the relationship. en_US
