| dc.description.abstract | Organizational culture and servant leadership have been shown to have an impact on turnover intention. Organizational commitment acts as a mediator, meaning that it can affect the relationship between the two factors. A positive organizational culture and servant leadership can lead to higher levels of organizational commitment, which in turn can decrease turnover intention. Additionally, servant leadership can also directly impact turnover intention as it is associated with lower turnover rates. This research focus on “The influence of organizational culture, servant leadership on turnover intention with organizational commitment as mediator variable- The study of banking sector of Pakistan”. The objective of the research were: To assess the organizational culture in banking sector of Pakistan; To determine the influence of servant leadership on turnover intention in bank of Pakistan; To assess organizational commitment and turnover effected by servant leadership and organizational culture; and To evaluate influence of organizational culture, servant leadership on turnover intention with organizational commitment as mediator variable. Through this research, servant leadership style has been identified as an effective leadership style in the banking sector. This style focuses on putting the needs of employees and customers first, and encourages leaders to act as facilitators and mentors. Some of the benefits of servant leadership in the banking sector include: It encourages trust and open communication among employees and customers, which can lead to better customer service and more satisfied employees. It promotes a culture of teamwork and collaboration, which can lead to better problem-solving and decision-making. It supports the professional development of employees, resulting in a more skilled and motivated workforce. It enhances the bank's reputation and creates long-term customer loyalty. However, it's important to note that servant leadership is not always the best fit for every situation, and it's important for leaders to adapt their leadership style as per the requirement and be flexible in different situations. | en_US |
