dc.description.abstract This project report discusses the need of inventory management and storage for pharmacy is operating in Islamabad. The inefficiencies in inventory and warehouse management in company are affected by numerous factors which hinder the efficient operation of supply chain management. The analysis is carried out about different methods to observe numerous factors such as flexible operation, responsiveness, and competency. The main focus of the research is to carry out an analysis of inventory inefficiencies in specific company by considering different factors such as policies, procedures, role of supplier’s employee performance, and overall operations of company. To monitor all those factors, a study is carried out about the company’s warehousing, stock ordering, and handling, identification and response to trends. The administration of in-warehouse activities is always primarily more effective, which aids a company in further limiting any risk factors that can negatively affect them. Assuring a centralized distribution channel has the obvious result of making it simple to track inventory items. Inventory management and warehouse management are closely related to one another because both have a big impact on a business's whole supply chain and profitability. The results are developed that focuses on the policy improvements while considering the running business having network infrastructures. The developed infrastructure along with related policies is responding the changes, and at the same time is providing emerged opportunities en_US
