Abstract:
The purpose of the research was to study how supply chain management practices (logistics clustering, information sharing, customer relationship management, and supplier relationship management) impact the performance of retail stores of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. This research study is considering logistics clustering, information sharing, goal congruence, supplier relationship management, customer relationship management, as an independent variable and the performance of firm as dependent variable. This research is performed on the retail stores of Rawalpindi and Islamabad, as employees of retail stores has been the population of this study. 209 responses were collected and finalized for the representation of entire population. During the research, data has been collected through a structured questionnaire which was based on 5 Likert scale. The questionnaire was distributed amongst the retail stores of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. The data was examined through correlation and linear regression model by using SPSS software. The research determines about the practices of supply chain management and its positive influence on the operations and outcomes of a firm.
