dc.description.abstract The seismic lines and well data of Zamzama block was used in structural interpretation and petrophysical analysis of the study area. A seismic final stack section comprising of HPK98A-30, HPK96A-07, HPK98A-32, HPK96A-08 EXT, and HPK98A- 34 of ZAMZAMA Block of Dadu Area was provided for this research by the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences, Bahria University Islamabad through Directorate General of Petroleum Concessions (DGPC). The lines provided are dip and strike lines respectively which trend East-West and North-South. The root mean square and Dix interval velocities at different times were given. Five prominent reflectors were made on the sections of seismic on the principal of marking observed reflection. The horizons which are marked show deformation in the caused area by compression. Based on the reflectors trend, a thrust fault is marked within the dip lines. The section of time is made from the section of seismic using the CDP points and the two way- times (TWT) of the reflectors and fault. These average velocities are then used to find the depths of the formations for the Depth Section. In this research study the Well data of ZAMZAMA North-01 was obtained from DGPC located in Lower Indus Basin. Sonic Log, Neutron Porosity Log, Density Log, Gamma ray Log, SP Log and PEF were analyzed for petrophysical analysis. The logs were used to determine lithology, volume of shale, petrophysical and seismic parameters for reservoir estimation. en_US
