This report outlines how the HALL HUB project will address current business concerns, the benefits of the project, and recommendations and justification of the project with proper reasoning. The report also discusses in detailed the project scope, performance measures, assumptions, constraints, and alternative options. People in the market are waiting for something that can provide them ease as they don’t have any management system currently. This also reduces the risk of failure in expanding in the market place for the event organizers. This report includes the overall project functionalities with the possible use cases and testing results. This project named HALL HUB provide a comprehensive platform to book venue from any part of world. It also helps the venue owners in increasing their marketing resources as well as providing them a platform to increase the reach of venue booking. It will help them to manage the customers booking easily and also to keep the customers data more safe. It will also help staffs to keep in track their customer’s online booking request as well as easily to reply feedback to the customers.
