dc.description.abstract The present study was conducted to revel the subsurface geology of Shadadpur area by the structural interpretation of seismic sections and to estimate the hydrocarbon saturation using petrophysical analysis the marked horizons are identified using formation tops from wells Shadadpur-01. Five seismic lines are used to explore the hydrocarbons potential of sanghar area.Seismic interpretation of the given 2D information reveals that the study area has normal faults forming horst and graben structure..The overall trend of those structures indicating the area to be a part of extensional regime. The three zones interpreted by the petrophysical analysis includes PAB, PARH and LOWER GORU. These have been marked on the basis of their reflection character. en_US
